We identify prime period properties in West London that offer the potential for an uplift in value. Some are in need of updating and remodeling. Others have difficult tenant situations or short leases that need extending. We have a strong construction, project management and legal team. Whilst one team plans, manages and executes the refurbishments the other might be working on the lease extension and listed building consent.
